Policies about pets
Your pet is welcome, but we ask for your cooperation:
- You must notify us upon booking that you are travelling with a pet;
- Only dogs and cats are allowed, limit of 2 per room;
- $35.00$ + taxes will be charged per day for each pet;
- It will be important to leave your cell phone number so that you can be reached at all times;
- You must never leave your pet alone in the room. If an animal is left alone in the room and it disturbs the comfort of our other guests, you will be charged a fine of $ 200 and you will be asked to vacate the premises;
- Housekeeping staff will not enter the room under the supervision of a pet owner;
- Your pet must always be on a leash on the grounds and in the hotel;
- Dogs weighing 20 kg or more; the leash must be attached to a harness or a halter
- The dog handler must be someone capable of keeping the dog under control at all times
- No pets, except guide dogs, are admitted in the restaurants, the bar, the meeting rooms, the gym and the pool;
- Make sure not to leave anything in the yard and the surroundings of the hotel. If you need plastic bags, we will be glad to give you some;
- If you do not declare your pet, $200 will still be charged to your room.
