Weddings

Everything is planned for you ... Each wedding that we plan is assigned to a coordinator who supervises the bride and groom in all planning stages. They are therefore involved throughout the planning process. Coordination service includes:

• Booking a site tour to get an overview of the reception halls, ceremony space, suites, Nordic spa, restaurants, and more.
• Access to a Vendor list for decorations, officiants, music and entertainment services, wedding planning, and so on.
• Taste testing
• Setting up a timeline with the bride and groom. This captain’s packet is sent to all departments of the hotel and helps ensure the execution of your event.
• Maître-Ds and managers on site on the wedding day
• Day-of coordinator, responding to requests, supervising setup, coordinating all departments of the hotel and external vendors so you can enjoy your special day.

Funeral Luncheons

A true establishment in Rivière-du-Loup, we want to offer families who are going through grief the opportunity to hold an intimate reception that honors the memory of your loved one.

Meeting rooms are available and menus can be tailored for this important moment to happen in complete privacy with family and friends. We can also accommodate out-of-town friends and family attending the luncheon with a funeral luncheon room block.
